Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked

If ddeploy Pro is not for you, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If the app does not work on your Mac and we cannot fix it, we refund regardless of date.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel. Pro is a single purchase with no renewal.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. We can refund faster than a bank dispute, and disputes on an order we would have refunded anyway lead to the key being revoked.
